Leadership in Training (LIT) at CrossRoads
The Leaders in Training (LIT) program is for students ages 15–17 who want to grow as leaders and explore God’s calling on their life.

Because every church has its own story, our Children & Students strategists are available to help you find the right opportunities and resources for your congregation.

We believe that everyone—no matter their age—can be part of God’s mission in the world. From the earliest preschool years to high school graduation, we offer programs that help children and students love God, love their neighbors, and grow into leaders with a missional heart.
